LIVE PERSONAL COACHING WITH
Seun Onakoya
Live one-on-one coaching sessions with Seun are one-hour private zoom/phone calls or face-to-face meetings that are available from a single session to a 12-session package. Before your first call, you will receive a New Client Packet by email. This includes a questionnaire that will help you and Seun hit the ground running on your first call. During the course of coaching, you will receive relevant articles, worksheets, and checklists to keep you on track and moving toward your business goals. Email support between calls is included to help clarify any information covered in the calls. Please note that each program includes a time frame within which the sessions must be completed. See the note at the bottom regarding the cancellation policy of coaching programs once purchased.
12 SESSION COACHING PACKAGE
30 minutes each: Total Package
For entrepreneurs who are committed to their success, whether starting a new business or wanting more for an existing practice. Personalized step-by-step direction for taking your business to the next level from where you are to where you want to go. This extended package provides more guidance, more time and walking you through a plan of action with templates, forms and systems. Includes unlimited email support during the term of the package. Live phone sessions and ongoing support from your own personal coach will exceed your expectations. These 12 coaching sessions are generally scheduled monthly, however a different schedule can be arranged. Program must be completed within one year of purchase.

6 SESSION COACHING PACKAGE
30 minutes each
Certain success building strategies require more detailed action plans and may need at least six sessions to accomplish specific goals. For the serious-minded who want to get things done and maintain a momentum with support and results. Program must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

3 SESSION COACHING PACKAGE
30 minutes each
This program is perfect for fundamental areas needing business coaching. With a 3-session package, you can kick-start a specific project or focus on specific needs in your practice, such as setting up a new business, marketing ideas for follow-up, a referral system, getting organized or any of many business and personal development topics. Some of the related issues that will be attended to in this session are starting, growing, maintaining and creating a thriving business, Identifying Your Ideal Client, How to Build Relationships, Charge What You’re Worth, create a Client List, How to Get Referrals, Gain & Keep Clients amongst others.
This package is a budget-conscious way to get started and stop putting off much needed success coaching. Often basic projects can be completed in this time frame. If you need to ‘upgrade’, Seun can suggest the ‘best’, ‘better’ and ‘optimum’ coaching package for your personal goals. Program must be completed within 2 months of purchase.

SINGLE STRATEGY SESSION
60 minutes
One-hour one-on-one session with Seun includes email support and applicable materials based on subject matter. If you are needing a very focused session on a specific area to get-it-done, this is for you. This session is good for self-starters who can take the guidance and run with it OR for those who have coached with Seun and need follow-up on a project, or want to brainstorm about the “next step” in your practice or for new marketing ideas to jumpstart your business.
A Strategy Session can give you quick feedback on a project you have started; Even if you don’t know the questions to ask but know you need help to accomplish your task(s), the Strategy Session is for you!

Our Team/Sector based coaching follow a 3-step process

Assess- This phase allows us to deploy the online Strengths Finder Assessment via an access code provided by our team. You will need about 1 hour to complete the assessment.
Individual Coaching Session- During this phase, each team member will be coached before a team session.

- Coaching session purchases are non-refundable once pre-paid and scheduled. Each coaching session or package must be completed within the time frame noted for each. Refunds are not issued for time unused.
- In any given session, the client may request to extend the allotted time, based on Seun’s availability.
